its inception in July’2017 and led the organization to achieve
significant milestones. In the last more than 6 years, he has
grown the company from launch to an AUM of more than 650+
crores, by creating a robust and efficient Business Model,
spread across more than 75 Branches, in more than 60 Cities
across 8 States. Further, for the growth of the business, Mr.
Kapoor played a pivotal role in obtaining the Housing Finance
License from NHB and establishing Banking lines with industry
giants such as SBI, NHB, HDFC Bank, IDFC First Bank, Federal
Bank, LIC Housing, Canara Bank, Indian Overseas, CSB Bank Bajaj
Finance and TATA Capital, among others. During his entire
career, he has worked and led diverse functions like Sales &
Distribution, Channel Management, Operations, Risk and Credit
(Underwriting), Collections, and Finance. Prior to his role at
RHFPL, he served as the Executive Director of Capri Global
Capital Ltd, a listed NBFC. In his professional journey, he held
key positions in global giants such as American International
Group (AIG), Citigroup, GE Money, American Express (AMEX),

extensive career, Mr. Joarder has contributed significantly to
the field. He has managed large teams across India and played
pivotal roles in renowned organizations such as Habitat Housing
Finance Ltd., Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Deutsch Postbank Home Finance,
Home Trust Housing Finance, and LIC Housing Finance.
Additionally, he served as a Visiting Faculty at the National
Institute of Banking Studies and Corporate Management (NIBSCOM),
teaching key aspects of Mortgage Business. His career is marked
by strategic initiatives in Business Operations, Risk
Management, and Regulatory as well as Statutory Compliances. His
