Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana

The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) – ‘Housing for All’ is a home loan subsidy scheme introduced by MoHUPA (Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation).

The objective of the scheme is ‘Housing for All’ by the year 2022.

Roha Housing Finance has always been guided by the principle of philanthropy that helps uplift the underprivileged sections of society. As such Roha is a willing participant in any Government scheme that lifts the floor for these people. Roha is glad to offer “Credit Linked Subsidy scheme (CLSS)” for the:

  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
  • Low Income Group (LIG)
  • Middle Income Group-I (MIG-I)
  • Middle Income Group-II (MIG-II) of society

Under PMAY scheme, Customer (i.e. the beneficiary) is eligible to avail interest subsidy on the purchase/construction/enhancement of a house.

Eligibility?

  • This scheme is available for Individuals only
  • Applicants should be of immediate family including self, spouse, and unmarried children only
  • Age of all applicants should be above 18 years
  • The beneficiary family should not own a pucca house in his/her or in the name of any member of his/her family in any part of India
  • The beneficiary family should not have availed of central assistance under any housing scheme from Government of India or any benefit under any scheme in PMAY
  • Renovation/extension should be used to convert kuccha house to a pucca house
